The newest issue of The Bell No.3 (33) is devoted to the analysis of the divided opposition in Belarus.In the first article expert of the Independent Institute of Socio-Economic and Political Studies (IISEPS) Siarhei Nikaliuk argues that the problem of the opposition is a deeper mentally based problem of the Belarusian Society. In the second article political analyst and Head of the Board of the Belarusian Independent Centre for the European Studies Pavel Usov seeks to name the main internal and external factors of the divided Belarusian opposition and gives some valuable recommendations.
